General Returns

  • Final Sale: We do not allow returns or refunds. All sales are considered final.

  • Buyer Responsibility: We encourage you to thoroughly review your order details before completing your purchase.

Eligibility for Replacement

We do not offer refunds, but a replacement will be issued strictly under the following conditions:

  • An incorrect item was received.

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

  • The parcel was damaged during transit.


The “Unboxing Video” Requirement

To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide a complete, uncut unboxing video from start to finish.

  • The video must show the parcel being opened for the first time.

  • All shipping labels must be clearly visible.

  • This serves as essential evidence for our team and the shipping carrier to assess the claim.


How to Initiate a Claim

If your order meets the criteria above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for assistance.

Resolution: Once we review your video and approve the request, your replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.

Note: Divabae Jewels reserves the right to refuse any replacement request that does not meet the requirements mentioned above.
