Eligibility for Replacement
We do not offer refunds, but a replacement will be issued strictly under the following conditions:
An incorrect item was received.
The product is defective upon arrival.
The parcel was damaged during transit.
The “Unboxing Video” Requirement
To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide a complete, uncut unboxing video from start to finish.
The video must show the parcel being opened for the first time.
All shipping labels must be clearly visible.
This serves as essential evidence for our team and the shipping carrier to assess the claim.
How to Initiate a Claim
If your order meets the criteria above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for assistance.
